Based on Daiginjo sake brewed using traditional techniques passed down since 1688, this gin is made with botanicals from Saga Prefecture, creating a unique gin that blends Japanese and Western sensibilities. It is then carefully aged in American white oak barrels, giving it a rich barrel aroma and deep flavor, as well as a unique golden, shining presence.
