Tetsuo Hara has been invited to the Italian pop culture festival "Lucca Comics & Games," and it has been announced that the large-scale exhibition he will be holding within the event will feature a special exhibit from the Uffizi Gallery, Italy's most renowned temple of beauty.

The venue for Hara's solo exhibition, which will feature paintings and manga originals, is the historic Church of Santa Annunziata dei Servi in Lucca. Three precious works by Baccio Bandinelli from the Uffizi Gallery will be on display. Bandinelli was a sculptor active mainly in Florence during the Renaissance, and is even mentioned in Giorgio Vasari's "Lives of the Fine Arts."
Hara's solo exhibition, titled "Tetsuo Hara: Come un fulmine dal cielo (Like a bolt of lightning from the heavens)," will run from October 25th to November 2nd.
