①Anime "Fist of the North Star -FIST OF THE NORTH STBroadcast and distribution begins on Friday, April 10th at 1:00 am! The second promotional video has been released!

The anime "Fist of the North Star" will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and BS11 from 1:00 am on Friday, April 10, 2026! It will also be available worldwide exclusively on Prime Video!
The first episodes will be broadcast on Friday, April 10th, followed by episodes 1 and 2. On Friday, April 17th, episodes 3 and 4 will be broadcast and streamed consecutively in a special program!

The second trailer has also been released, showcasing the first glimpse of Rei, the successor of the Nanto Suicho Ken style who appears before Kenshiro, and Mamiya, the female warrior who protects the village!

Q1. What are your thoughts on this work?
◎Yohei Kawakami
This is a manga that my older brother drilled into me when I was little, and it's also a story that taught me what "strength" is. I think the spirit of this work is needed more than ever in today's world. I started working on this song with the hope that it would be a song that could serve as a bridge to the world of today, even if just a little.

I think this work depicts how people can stand up even in an extreme world. I hope that the music can convey that strength in some small way.

I think it was when I was in kindergarten.
I was beaten by my brother.

Nakamura Yuichi will play Rei, the successor of the Nanto Suicho Ken martial art who wanders the wilderness and continues his lonely battle, Aoki Ruriko will play Yuria, the female warrior who bravely continues to protect the villagers, and Yamadera Koichi will provide the narration! This work was a bible for a generation.
I remember discovering new things and being moved each time I encountered it as a child and again as an adult.
Who wouldn't be thrilled to be a part of it?
The most important thing I want to be careful about is not getting too excited and losing sight of the path.

Q2. What is your favorite line from "Fist of the North Star"?
There are so many great quotes that it's hard to choose, but I'd go with "What color is your blood?"
I would like to do this.

Q3. Favorite character.
Starting with Ken, there's Rey, Falco, Shachi, and so on.

Q4. How did you first encounter "Fist of the North Star"?
I didn't read much of it when it was serialized in Jump, but I later read it in comic form, and when it came to Tokyo I looked forward to the paperbacks that started coming out every month.

Q5. What do you need to survive in the end of the century?
It must be "love" after all

I'm Aoki Ruriko, and I'll be playing Mamiya.
I am extremely honored to be able to take part in "Fist of the North Star," a series that has continued to be loved all over the world.
Mamiya is a strong woman who survives in a devastated world, but she also harbors many conflicts and pains deep within her heart.
I will do my best to portray both her strength and vulnerability in a detailed manner. Thank you for your support.

"I left my womanhood behind long ago. The person standing before you now is not a woman. I am simply Mamiya, a warrior protecting this village."
 
I think this line shows Mamiya's determination.
This is one of my favorite lines, including the one about his relationship with Ray.

Q3. Favorite character.
Of course I like all the main characters...
I like seeing the small fry getting defeated.
Each one has their own unique personality, and the build-up to their defeat is epic and amazing.

Q4. How did you first encounter "Fist of the North Star"?
I feel like I knew about "Fist of the North Star" by the time I was old enough to understand things.
I thought he was a legend in various media, including anime and manga!

Q5. What do you need to survive in the end of the century?
I think it's a world where supplies are running out.
I want to survive by collecting lots of things, thinking, "I might use this! I feel like I can use that!"
