Kumamoto Manga Arts, an experiential manga and anime goods shop in Kumamoto operated by Coamix, will be adding a new line to its popular "Manga Inking Experience" workshop. With the cooperation of Akita Shoten Co., Ltd., a new manuscript for the inking experience will be available for the highly popular high school girl fishing manga "Houkago Teibou Nisshi," set in Ashikita, Kumamoto.
■ Challenge yourself with professional techniques using authentic tools! What is a "Manga Inking Experience"?
The "Manga Inking Experience" is a workshop where you can try your hand at inking, the most enjoyable part of manga creation, using a professional "G-pen" and ink, the same kind used by professional manga artists.
We are pleased to announce that a trial script for the hugely popular series "Yowamushi Pedal," which has captivated many fans with its passionate drama and overwhelming sense of speed, has been added to our lineup.
Even if you're not confident in your drawing skills or have never held a G-pen before, our staff will provide careful support. Children and adults alike can enjoy creating their own unique works of art with peace of mind.
■ Synopsis of "After School Teibo Diary"
Hinata Tsurugi, a first-year student at Umino High School, is an indoor type who dislikes living creatures. While strolling along the embankment, she encounters her senior, Kuroiwa, and is forced to join the mysterious "Embankment Club," where she begins fishing! Surrounded by unique club members, what will become of Hinata's high school life!?

Using the beautiful brushstrokes of the example as a reference, the time spent adding ink to the passionate eyes and hair of the characters is just like being a professional manga artist. You can concentrate and become so engrossed that you lose track of time.

The finished manuscript will be a one-of-a-kind work of art, unique to you. To allow you to relive the joy of creation anytime at home, we will present it to you in a frame that suits your artwork.
3. We'll give you the entire "G-pen & ink" that you used!
You can take home the G-pen and ink set you used during the experience. You can immediately continue your creative activities at home.
4. Record the craftsmanship at hand! Equipped with a "time-lapse photography" stand.
Every seat is equipped with a smartphone stand for video recording. You can record the process of applying ink in time-lapse (double-speed video), and the data will be provided to you via a dedicated terminal. Enjoy recording your memories and posting them on social media.
