[Winner of the Grand Prize in the Tourism Category at the "Japan Regional Content Awards 2025"]
In October 2025, "Pomodoro," a publication from Kumamoto, was awarded the top prize in the tourism category at the "Japan Regional Content Awards" (established in 2010), which recognizes locally focused media outlets every year. The award recognized Pomodoro's adherence to editorial principles, its efforts to engage readers and make the content enjoyable, and its ability to present information about Kumamoto's food culture in an interesting and useful way, rather than simply being a restaurant guide.

Thanks to everyone who has cooperated in the production and publication of our magazine, and to all of you who have read it, we have been able to continue steadily until now and have received this recognition. We express our deepest gratitude.
