The latest issue features water in Kumamoto. We mainly introduce gourmet information made from Kumamoto's delicious and clean water. We hope that you will enjoy this issue as well, which goes beyond introducing each restaurant's menus to conveying the thoughts of the owners and chefs.
A web version has also been opened. Like the free magazine, we will mainly introduce Kumamoto's ``gourmet'' and ``culture.'' In addition, based on the launch of direct flights between Taiwan and Kumamoto from September, the display is in three languages (Japanese, English, and traditional Chinese).
